Nancy Wallace-Laabs and Kelcie Leka are the co-founders of Money Makin’ Mamas, a real estate education company focused on helping women and families build additional income through disciplined single-family real estate investing.
Kelcie Leka brings a modern operational and marketing perspective to the company, with a focus on systems, communication, and helping busy professionals understand how real estate can fit into everyday life without requiring a dramatic career change. Since 2006, Nancy has built rental portfolios, operated a property management company overseeing hundreds of residential units, structured off-market transactions, and trained both investors and real estate professionals across the country on acquisition strategies that actually work in the real world.
Nancy is a certified instructor for the Texas Association of Realtors, a national speaker, and the co-founder of Money Makin' Mamas — a platform that teaches professionals how to use real estate as a real path to financial stability and additional income, not just a dream.
Her specialty is the 30-to-90-day window that opens up when a family experiences a major life event — a period where a motivated seller needs a knowledgeable, consultative professional, not another agent pushing for a fast commission.
